1. Store Policy:
CDRwinkel.com attempts to be as accurate as possible in our pricing, as well as our typographical and photographic depictions of products for sale; however, all prices are subject to change without notice. We cannot guarantee that product descriptions/specifications, pricing or any other content on CDRwinkel.com is accurate, complete, or current. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, informational, technical or other error, CDRwinkel.com shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to either honor the displayed price or refuse/cancel any orders placed for that product at the incorrect price.
2. Order Policy:
- We ACCEPT major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard. We also accept Wire Transfer and Paypal with confirmed address. More payment methods will be available soon.
- We are not able to provide destination country tax and duty charge if occurred.
COUNTRY IMPORT RESTRICTIONS:
- Please check any restrictions, duties, taxes and any other fees which are collected from your country before you place the order. CDRwinkel.com will NOT be responsible for any of the above Duties and Fees.
- If the order arrives at your country and the customer refuses to accept the package, Disko reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for any refund.
3. Shipping Policy: 3.1 Shipping Method:
- We only use UPS service to deliver international orders .
- We DO NOT accept a customer's own shipping method (Federal Express, DHL/Airborne, or any other company) for any order.
3.2 Shipping Terms & Conditions:
- We do not process orders during the weekend; Orders placed on Friday will be processed on the Next Monday.
- In order to process your order smoothly, we strongly recommend our customers to use the same address for their shipping address and billing address. Otherwise, your order will be delayed for further verification.
- All orders will be shipped and processed according to product availability.
4. Policy for Returns:
You may return most items sold by Disko within 30 days from the invoice date for a full refund. Please include a copy of your invoice. Please note that all items returned for a refund must be returned in "as new" condition in the original packaging and include all accessories, blank warranty cards, UPC codes (attached), and user manuals. A 15% restocking fee may be applied to all returns for a refund if the reason for the return is due to customer error.
We cannot accept returns of certain items for a refund, including:
- Any item that is returned after the 30 day grace period.
- Any DVD or CD media that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is physically damaged, or is missing parts.
- Any photo paper that has been printed on or used.
4.1 Return Shipping Cost:
- In order to keep our prices low and competitive we are unable to issue a refund for any return postage. You will be responsible for the cost of returning a product to us.
4.2 Restocking Fee:
- A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for a refund if the reason for the return is due to customer error.
4.3 Canceled orders or address errors:
- Canceled orders must be called in before 10 a.m. CET. We do not accept emails as a way of cancelling orders.
- For any refused package or any returns to Disko due to incorrect address, action, inaction or absence of the recipient, we will refund back the full amount of your purchase, less any shipping charges.
4.4 Return Procedure:
Customers are responsible for shipping any returned products to CDRwinkel.com. Customers agree to pay all shipping charges and accept all risk of loss for the product being returned. The customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition and will include the original packaging material, manuals and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. Disko will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of any missing parts or components. The same policy applies if the product has scratches, dents or excessive wear. Please allow 2 to 7 business days to process your returns.
